life membership
The criteria for Life Membership is that a member:

has been a professional member of APEGA for 25 or more years, and has retired from the practice of the profession, or
-
has held equivalent registration in a jurisdiction recognized by the Association, and professional membership totaling a minimum of 25 years, of which at least the last 10 years have been with the Association, and has retired from the practice of the profession.
Life members retain all of the obligations, duties and privileges of professional membership and pay annual fees as may be specified by Council. Life Members annual fees are currently 25 % of full Member annual dues.
Life members are currently not entitled to act as Responsible Members for Permits to Practice.
To apply, simply select the Life Membership category on the reverse side of your invoice and return the entire invoice with your payment of 25% of annual dues. Also, please submit your non-practicing declaration which can be found on the reverse side of your CPD form or click here for an online version.
Please note: your Life Membership application will not be complete until APEGA has both your payment and non-practicing declaration.
