& Webcast Options

APEGGA is proud to inform you that participation in the Annual General Meeting will not require traveling outside of your own branch.  This year, with the assistance of the Entrepreneurship Learning Centre’s Alberta Videoconference Network, APEGGA has arranged for ten remote locations to participate fully in the AGM on Saturday, April 28, from 8:30 until 11:30 AM.  Professional Members of the Association will be able to ask questions, make motions, participate in debates, and vote just as they would if they were attending the meeting in Calgary.

Seating is limited by the size of the network’s facilities, so preference will be given to Professional Members.  Locations and capacities are listed below.  Attendance is free, but you must register to attend. 

For those interested in observing the AGM but not participating in the debates or votes, the meeting will also be webcast. 

Webcast participants are asked to register as there is only capacity to serve 100 users at a time.  Spaces will be reserved on a first-come-first served basis, and full instructions will be sent to those who are successful.
