APEGGA Environment Committee Climate Change Debate In February 2008, APEGGA released the results of a membership survey on climate change issues. The survey asked key questions about member’s personal and professional views, sources of knowledge and views regarding the role of government and APEGGA in the climate change debate. APEGGA's Environment Committee intends to foster the debate, by moving it from the Readers’ Forum section in The PEGG to the Climate Change sub-section in the Environment section on the APEGGA website, where members may present more detailed discussions and arguments on technical issues. Award recipients receive an award and recognition, and the school receives $2,000 to further science and math education. A total of 14 Alberta teachers will be selected as award recipients.
