Air Quality Survey
The Clean Air Strategic Alliance wants to hear what you think about air quality in Alberta.
The province’s population continues to grow and the economy remains strong. With that as a backdrop, Albertans are invited to help renew their clean air strategy to guide air quality management for future generations.

Gussow-Nuna Geoscience Conference on Climate Change

The Gussow Geoscience Conference focuses on new and emerging issues in the petroleum industry. The meeting is intended to bring together recognized experts from diverse disciplines to provide a broad range of perspectives on the conference theme. Co-sponsoring with the Canadian Society of Petroleum Geologists this year is the Geological Association of Canada.
Experts from across North America and around the world will discuss topics ranging from the Finite Nature of Fossil Fuels and Recent Climate Change in the Arctic to the Paleoclimatology of Earth and Oceanographic Research on Climate Oscillations.

2009 Scholarship Program
The Canadian Engineering Memorial Foundation is proud to announce its 2009 Scholarship Program – there will be 14 scholarships available this year ranging from $2,500 to $15,000 for women in engineering at the undergraduate, master’s and PhD levels.
Over 100 Canadian women to-date have won one of these highly sought after, and nationally recognized scholarships.
