Chris Ford, a retired brigadier-general, shares his insights on leadership based on a 35 year career in the Canadian Forces, which included service in Germany, India, Croatia and Bosnia, as well as all across Canada. He recently returned to National Defence as the Director General of Alternate Dispute Resolution. In addition to his “day job”, Chris has another full time leadership role: President of Toastmasters International.
