Mr. Joe Lukacs, P.Eng. CEO of CETAC-WEST / Mr. John Square, P.Eng. – Principal of Engtech / Ms. Margret Walker, P.Eng. – CETAC VP will provide the presentation on energy and environmental technologies. CETAC-West is a private sector, not-for-profit corporation committed to helping small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) engaged in the development and commercialization of new environmental technologies.
Established in 1994 by Environment Canada, CETAC-WEST delivers its services to SMEs in the four western provinces through its office in Calgary. The corporation has formed linkages between technology producers, industry experts, and investment sources to facilitate this process.
This presentation will provide some information on CETAC and how it could help your organization and it also focus on a presentation of the energy, environmental efficiency program for the oil and gas industry.

The Honorable Victor Doerksen, FCGA was Minister of Innovation and Science in the Alberta Government and former MLA for Red Deer South. He is currently an Investment Advisor with BMO Nesbitt Burns. He has extensive understanding of business, government, long term planning. He has extensive experience on helping various organizations, professionals, and individuals by providing financial, banking, and investment planning strategies. His presentation is designed to help you understand some of the affects the recent global economic crisis and how it is affecting the Central Alberta area.
