Habitat for Humanity's Red Deer 2008 Build Project

Volunteers NEEDED Immediately

The Central Alberta Branch of APEGGA would like to provide volunteer support to Habitat for Humanity’s 2008 build project. 

Habitat of Humanity’s has kicked off the construction of a house located at 64 Joice Close, Red Deer and this is the first of 2 or 3 to be constructed this year. The concrete foundation has been poured and they will be proceeding with erection of the house.

Please contact Morris Sych PEng (403-314-4560) (morris.sych@innovene.com) providing contact info, dates available and whether there is a specific job that you would like to volunteer for.  Once a team has been formed, specific details/timing for the volunteer day/s will be communicated back.

Required Safety Equipment:

Hardhat, steel toe boots, safety glasses and gloves.  Also bring tool belt, hammer, tape measure, pencil and other small tools that would normally be used for this kind of construction.
