on the practical facets of Project Management that can be help you with your
next project. He will provide real life examples of the good and bad aspects
of project management based on a large Highway 2 bridge construction project
in the Central Alberta area.

and persuasiveness. The fundamental communication skills are important in personal
life and in professional situations. Poor or ineffective listening is a “Communication
