Climate Change, Kyoto, and Alberta – Heading Off the Cliff or Resurrection of a Workable Plan?
Recent headlines have indicated that Canada is "pulling out" of the Kyoto Accord with some suggesting that there will be nothing to replace it. However, work within Alberta is central to moving forward with workable solutions that will develop new policy tools, technology, and enhance our collective ability to meet future reduction obligations.
This presentation will outline how things can come together in a coherent manner to address an international issue of significant environmental concern.
