Just like municipal, provincial and federal elected officials and bodies, APEGGA is keenly aware of the issues facing Albertans around sustainability, the economy and the current skilled labour shortage. Our 60,000+ Members have a wealth of experience, knowledge and skills to contribute to the success and health of our economy and our province as a whole. Public safety and well-being is their prime consideration. That includes just about everything from the provision of potable water, ensuring structures are safe, providing secure energy sources through to developing new medical technology to save lives and improve standards of living. What's more, in communities across Alberta Professional Engineers and Geoscientists bring an informed scientific perspective to issues of the day whether local, provincial, national or international. Please join us for a dialogue and exchange of perspectives.
RSVP: Before end of day Tuesday, February 21st online or by phone to Sarah Manning at the Edmonton APEGGA office, 1-800-661-7020 (ext. 2325).
