Notice of 2009 Annual General Meeting

Location: Lower Level of the Keg Restaurant (formerly Ericksen’s)

Cost: FREE!! (Food supplied by the Branch)

1) Minutes from last AGM  
2) APEGGA Voluntary Service Awards  
3) New Business  
    a. Lethbridge Viaduct / CPR Bridge Centennial Project – Update
4) Elections  
    a. Chair  
    b. Vice-Chair  
    c. Treasurer  
    d. Secretary  
    e. Members-at-Large  
    - All the above members of the Executive shall be elected from and by the membership at the Annual General Meeting of the Branch. All Branch members can vote, including EIT’s, etc.
    - The Nominating Committee has submitted a list of nominees for the Executive positions. In addition, any member of the Branch may nominate a member in good standing for any position on the Executive. We encourage nominations from the floor. Nominees should be present at the AGM or should have indicated they are willing to serve before being nominated. We are still looking for volunteers for the Secretary and Treasurer position.
5) Appointment of the 2010 Nominating Committee  
6) Financial / Auditors Report  
7) Appointment of Auditors (Two members of the Branch)
