The focus of the presentation will be centered on how Six Sigma principles can be used to improve solution identification and implementation. We’ll examine the traditional Six Sigma DMAIC approach to problem solving and then look into how the structured framework of Six Sigma can be used to aid us in producing and implementing robust solutions.
Key points of the presentation include the importance of identifying the customer’s requirements, keeping those requirements in clear focus through out the entire design process, developing an understanding around what a robust solution is and the importance of developing a rollout or implementation plan.
To ensure adequate seating please preregister with the Calgary APEGGA Office at 403-262-7714 or register online prior to Thursday, March 12, 2009. Calgary Branch accepts Visa, MasterCard, or American Express. |
