This module will cover legal and contractual issues related to the effective management and administration of projects. It focuses on the roles and responsibilities of the project contractors and suppliers. It provides project managers with good understanding and the practical implications of the legal precedent and improves the ability to make better cases. Claim and disputes situations will be reviewed and discussed with participants.
