Branch Executive Call for Nominations

| Nominations* are requested from members of the Peace Region Branch of the Association of Professional Engineers, Geologists and Geophysicists of Alberta (APEGGA) interested in serving on the local Branch Executive in the following positions: |
Chair
Vice-Chair
Treasurer
Secretary
Outreach Coordinator
Members-at-Large (limited to 10 members) |
The duties of the various positions are defined in the Branch Bylaws, which may be obtained from APEGGA’s website www.apega.ca. Any member nominated for the position of Chair must have served on the Branch Executive for at least one year.
Please ensure that the individual being nominated has accepted to serve in the position and include their contact information so that the committee may confirm with the individual.
Election for all position will be held at the Branch AGM. Date and location of AGM will be announced shortly.
Please forward the nominations to one of the following members of the nominating committee no later than June 2, 2011.

Nominations will also be accepted from the floor** at the branch AGM.
* Self Nominations are accepted and there is no need to be seconded by someone.
** For accepting the nomination from the floor at the AGM, the nominated candidate must be present at the AGM.
