Today's electricity transmission system not only powers our homes, hospitals and industry, it is also critical to our economic development. The transmission system connects new green power and ensures low cost electricity remains a key part of the Alberta Advantage. Beyond today's value, the electricity system of the future will change the way power is produced, moved and consumed. Like the World Wide Web has enabled incredible creativity in new devices and applications, the electricity power grid will be critical to enabling Alberta's economic future. Join us in November to better understand the value of today's electricity grid and how it is changing to enable the future
