President Jim Smith, P.Eng., FEC, will discuss issues facing Members and, indeed, all Albertans including sustainability, the economy and the current skilled labour shortage. For example: What constitutes public interest? Who or what constitutes the "public"? What are we as Professional Engineers and Geoscientists called to do so that we meet public "interest"? President Jim Smith looks forward to hearing your thoughts whether you are an APEGGA Member or member of the public.
