Comment Needed on Two Geoscience Guidelines

Deadline is March 26 for member comment on two guidelines now in their near-final drafts. The Practice Standards Committee invites comments on the Practice Guideline for Ethical Use of Geophysical Data, and the Practice Guideline on Professional Involvement in Outsourced Geoscience.

 
 
Go Green with Canada’s Municipalities

The Federation of Canadian Municipalities has been the national voice of municipal government since 1901. Many of those municipalities are making a concerted effort to be more environmentally responsible than ever before.

Would you like to play a role? The federation seeks municipal experts for a peer review committee, which makes recommendations for grant and loan applications through its Green Municipal Fund.

Conference Draws Near
