Such nomination shall reach the Executive Director properly endorsed no later than 90 days prior to the Annual General Meeting and shall be accompanied by the written consent of the nominee or nominees to act if elected. Nominations made under Bylaw 2.5 must be in the hands of the Executive Director on or before January 25, 2009. |
