Such nomination shall reach the Executive Director properly endorsed no later than 90 days prior to the Annual General Meeting and shall be accompanied by the written consent of the nominee or nominees to act if elected.

Nominations made under Bylaw 2.5 must be in the hands of the Executive Director on or before January 25, 2009.

 

Notice of Annual General Meeting
In accordance with Bylaw 16(2) of the Engineering, Geological and Geophysical Professions Act, official notice of the Annual General Meeting is hereby given.

The meeting will be held:
Saturday, April 25, 2009
8:30 a.m.
The Fairmont Palliser Hotel
Calgary, Alberta

Attendance qualifies for Professional Development Credit.
