APEGGA President John McLeod, P.Eng., speaks to Council dinner attendees in the unique border city of Lloydminster, June 21. The city exists under a special charter, because the Alberta-Saskatchewan border runs through it. Council travelled to Lloydminster to restart the practice of meeting in branch centres, once a year.
