Canstruction Calgary is an innovative charitable event that has teams design, plan and construct an elaborate sculpture from canned food and other non-perishable items. Several APEGGA members and permit holders entered teams last year. Why not join in the fun, help out the Calgary Inter-Faith Food Bank and take part a great National Engineering & Geoscience Week 2007 event?
The event will be held at City Hall from Feb. 23 to March 4. Sculptures will be constructed on Friday, Feb. 23, and judging takes place the following Saturday. The sculptures will be on display Feb. 25 to March 4
Registration packages are available online at www.canstructioncalgary.com. Deadline for registering is Dec. 1.
