Strategic restructuring of this highly regarded Association has created
two exciting new management positions that report to the Executive Director
& Registrar.
Director Internal Affairs
In this key senior role, the selected individual will lead a team responsible
for developing and delivering a wide range of quality programs in professional
development, corporate and member affairs, and editorial services, as
well as overseeing the Association's administrative and financial activities.
This challenging position will appeal to executives with strong management,
team building, people and communications skills, accustomed to strategic
challenges and able to achieve complex objectives in consultation with
diverse stakeholders. Registration with APEGGA, or eligibility, is a must.
Management Communications
This position provides a unique opportunity for a creative, strategic-thinking
communications professional to work with a small team responsible for
multifaceted communications, public relations, information and promotions
programs. Competitive candidates will have related communications or media
experience, excellent writing, oral communications, and event planning
abilities, coupled with well-developed interpersonal, organizational and
priority-management skills. Related post-secondary education, desktop
publishing expertise and familiarity with association or business environments
would also be assets.
