This will cover changes to the present requirements and the issues that the EUB hope to address with the changes. Also, discussed will be the science incorporated in the EUBMODELS for Calculating Emergency Planning Zones for Sour Wells and Sour Pipelines that provide a mandatory component of the proposed new requirements.
