APEGGA Events 28 March 2001, Wednesday MEDICINE HAT MEETING Eastern Irrigation District & Annual General Meeting Following dinner there will be a quick Annual General Meeting to confirm the Branch Executive. Following the AGM, Earl Wilson, P.Eng., General Manager of the Eastern Irrigation District (EID), will give a presentation on the workings of the Eastern Irrigation District. Mr. Wilson will describe who the EID is, give a brief history of the corporation, describe the EID operation and what they do today. Afterwards, Mr. Wilson will also discuss how the EID handles the required Engineering and Capital Construction work loads. Mr. Wilson graduated from the University of Saskatchewan in 1979 and worked for UMA Engineering until 1986. He was then employed by the Eastern Irrigation District as the District Engineer, was promoted to Assistant General Manager and then to General Manager of the Eastern Irrigation District.
