His talk will feature a video showing before and after footage of the extinguishing of in excess of 650 burning wells and the repair of the facilities that followed. An international team of workers that approached 16,000 at its peak led this successful operation. The project management aspects included fast tracking due to environmental and economic priorities, multi-cultural teamwork, re-engineering and intensive logistical management.
