Bruce will be building on the popular "Winning With Difficult People" session he presents for APEGGA. The presentation will go in-depth on the rationale behind why these difficult clients do what they do - their actions, what their actual intent and goals are, so you can achieve less conflict, and better results. Learn how to take the stress and intimidation out of client meetings. A portion of the session will focus on how to take control from the outset with a properly prepared meeting agenda. The objective behind this session is to allow you to start in control, stay in control, and build respect with the client.
