TOPIC: Improve your Selling Skills With Clients and Colleagues, 10 Practical Tips for Engineers and Technical Specialists

Everything we want and need in this world is ultimately controlled or possessed by someone else. Every day we are involved in some form of motivating, selling and negotiating that involves promoting our ideas, our services, and our value. The technically trained person also needs strong selling and communication skills for a successful personal and professional life.

This workshop is focused on improving business-to-business consultative selling skills. Ten key concepts will be explained with examples relevant for engineers. Participants can use these practical tips the next day to make selling activity a more skillful and enjoyable experience for all parties and improve their results.

The program includes opportunities for participants to discuss and apply the information in the session. Participant workbooks will provide guidelines on how to apply the methods in a variety of selling situations in the days following the session. This information is derived from research based consultative selling methods.

Pre-Registration and advance payments are required. Seating is limited and registrations will be dealt with on a first-come, first-serve basis.
