guidelines for nominators
All applicable information on the nomination forms must be printed or typed in Word format and the forms signed by the nominator and up to two seconders. Signatures will be taken as verification that the data presented is accurate. Handwritten illegible submissions will be returned and not be considered.

each nomination shall adhere to the award criteria for which the person/group is being nominated

each nomination shall be accompanied by adequate supporting documentation. The evaluations will be based solely on the information provided

with the exception of the Honorary Membership Award, the nominee must be a Member in good standing with APEGGA
-
there is no limit to the number of nominations which may be submitted

if there are no nominations meeting the criteria, the award will not be made

material submitted will not be returned

unsuccessful nominations which meet the criteria may be carried forward for one year. Nominators will be contacted to verify information on hand when considering the candidate/group again
NOMINATIONS FOR SUMMIT AWARDS® SOLICITED THROUGHOUT THE YEAR
Summit Award® nominations can be submitted throughout the year. To ensure
your nominee is considered in time for the following year’s awards, please
submit your nomination by October 31.
