THE outstanding mentor award

“Awarded to Members of APEGGA in recognition of exceptional achievement as a mentor.”

Nominees should be those who have made ongoing and substantial or outstanding contributions to protégés while acting in the role of mentor. Preference will be given to those who participate in the APEGGA Mentoring Program, however the award is open to all APEGGA Members who fulfill the role of mentor in any manner.

EVALUATION CONSIDERATIONS

• ongoing commitment to mentoring

• effectiveness as a mentor

• participation as a mentor

THEME
The theme is recognition of contribution to the development of others and enhancement of the profession through mentoring as a result of the nominee.

REQUIREMENTS
Complete the nomination form in full and attach documents describing the nominee and his/her achievements which, in the opinion of the nominator, qualify the nominee for the award, together with such supporting evidence as the nominator may wish the Honours and Awards Committee to consider.
