2010 Grande Prairie Elementary Science Night
Call For Volunteers

Date: Tuesday, February 16, 2010
Time: 5:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. (includes set-up and take down)
Location: Mother Teresa Catholic School
7501 Willow Drive (located in Countryside North)
Grande Prairie, Alberta

The branch will hold another elementary science night at the school above. If you were at the science night last November, you know that it is an easy, fun event where everyone gets to enjoy hands-on science. It is also an opportunity to promote science and awareness of engineering and geoscience.

Please help us to host this event by volunteering. Pizza and pop will be provided to volunteers from 5:30 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. during set up. The event is open to families of the Mother Teresa School community from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Volunteers will staff a variety of hands-on science activity tables for participants. The activities are determined in advance. All instructions will be provided to volunteers the night of the event.
