As a performance measure relating to the Alberta Energy and Utilities Board's
business plan, the EUB is conducting an annual survey of customer satisfaction.
The survey takes place Jan. 4 to 11.
The organization wants members to take part in the survey online. Visit www.eub.gov.ab.ca/bbs/surveys/customersurvey.html — but
the site won't be live until the start of the survey.
“By taking part in this study, you are playing an important role in
providing the EUB with useful and valuable information,” says a release
from the regulatory organization.
The EUB adjudicates and regulates energy and utilities matters in Alberta,
ensuring the public interest is represented.
