Engineers Canada has created a fellowship to recognize individuals who have contributed significantly to the profession of engineering, and to create a group of people who continue to contribute to and advance recognition of the profession of engineering.
Engineers Canada Fellowships may be conferred upon individuals who have given noteworthy service in one of the five categories. One category is for those who volunteered for the engineering profession for at least 10 years. This total can be any combination of service on Engineers Canada boards and committees, and for any Engineers Canada constituent member, such as APEGGA and APEGBC.
Engineers and non-engineers presented an Engineers Canada Fellowship will receive a certificate and a pin, and will be awarded the privilege of using the designation Engineers Canada Fellow — FEC, or Engineers Canada Honorary Fellow — Hon. FEC.
