Indoor air quality (IAQ) is ranked by the U.S. EPA as one of the
top five environmental risks to public health. Poor attention to
IAQ can result in significant health effects and may increase the
risk of premature materials and equipment damage. Health risks and
equipment damage will be explored as will the barriers to and benefits
of effective IAQ management.
