writing by any ten members. Such nominations shall reach the
Executive Director properly endorsed not later than ninety (90)
days prior to the annual meeting and shall be accompanied by the
written consent of the nominee or nominees to act if elected,
along with a glossy photograph and brief biography.
Nominations made under By-law 5 must be in the hands of the
Executive Director on or
before Saturday, January 23, 1999.
