Regulating Corporate Practice
Task Force Wants To Hear From You

Council currently is examining the regulation of corporate practice and the Permit to Practice system. A draft proposal to define a sole practitioner and operating company were presented at the 1999 Annual General Meeting and in the March PEGG. A copy can be viewed on the APEGGA website at www.apegga.org

You are encouraged to look at these proposed definitions and exemptions at your earliest convenience. The Council Task Force is soliciting stakeholder input from now through the middle of October. Council is expecting to finalize this at its November meeting.
