Operating from its Edmonton and Calgary locations, the Company offers full design, engineering, installation, sales and services to both existing and new customers throughout Western Canada. In addition, the Company services clients in North and South America and South East Asia with its embedded network computer technology and electronics manufacturing services.

Technical Advisor, Syncrude Canada Ltd.

David Kosc is a Technical Advisor at Syncrude Canada Ltd where he is a consultant on Communications Systems Designs and Standards. He earned his BSEE from University of Manitoba. He worked as an outside plant and cable engineer for a Provincial Telephone company, worked 17 years as the Communications engineer for the City of Winnipeg (population 500,000) looking after all City Department communication needs including Police, Fire, Ambulance, Transit, Hydro, Water and Waste, responsible for communications system design and installing equipment in locations varying from Hospitals to Water Treatment Plants, worked part time for 7 years as consultant to a power quality company specializing in mitigating the effects of interactions between power systems and sensitive electronic systems, and has been working at Syncrude Canada Ltd for the past 5 years. He is a member of the IEEE and a Registered Professional Engineer in Alberta and Manitoba.
