Canic, Ph.D, is co-founder and president of Bridgeway Leadership, an executive
consulting service with the motto ”Making Strategy Happen.” Canic’s “Strategic
Management Process” is a more robust alternative to conventional “strategic
planning”
through its relentless focus on strategic alignment, commitment and execution.
Formerly a senior vice president with the Atlanta Consulting Group and developer
of service quality strategy for FedEx in western Canada, Canic is recognized
for his expertise as a strategic advisor to executives. He is also a professional
member of the National Speakers Association and has delivered hundreds of presentations
to business audiences throughout the world.
With a doctorate in the psychology of human performance, Canic has taught MBA courses and has developed a unique approach in educating executive on optimizing business potential. His articles on leadership, organizational performance, change, motivation, measurement and accountability appear in national publications. Canic is diverse in his skills. As a coach, he helped lead a university football team to a National Championship. As a volunteer, he has served on boards for professional and cultural organizations.
