PSC Requests Comments on Considerations in Establishing a Consulting Practice

 

APEGGA’s Practice Standards Committee has prepared a near-final draft of a revised guideline, Considerations in Establishing a Consulting Practice, originally issued in 1982.

Professional engineers, geologists and geophysicists consider setting up their own consulting firm at one time or another in their careers. However, it’s one thing to be a practicing professional; quite another undertaking to set up a new consulting practice. This guideline provides an overview of factors to consider while setting up and establishing your consulting practice.
