4. KEEPING RECORDS & REPORTING

Each practicing professional is expected to maintain a complete record of their continuing professional development program. It is expected that your records would contain the following information (described in more detail in Section 3)
  • your individual scope of practice
  • your program plan
  • your record of completed activities and number of PDHs earned

No specific format for records is required. However, to assist you, a blank form and sample records can be found in Appendices IV and V (not available online). Your records will only be submitted to APEGGA when requested.
The Association will not request detailed records from all members each year. However, in the first year you will report, in conjunction with your annual dues payment

  • practicing status
  • industry of practice
  • professional specialization

In subsequent years, you will also report the number of PDHs claimed for the previous 12 months in each of the six activity categories outlined in Section 3.4.
