The APEGGA Edmonton District hears the latest on solar energy from (top) Gordon Howell, P.Eng., of Howell-Mayhew Engineering Inc., May 15. The technology exists for widespread solar power generation, Mr. Howell said -- but non-technological factors, from politics through economics, make up about 95 per cent of the battle.
