APEGGA’s first-ever September Professional Development
Day last month featured four seminar choices and a luncheon
speaker. A great success, this new event was repeated in
Calgary just after The PEGG’s deadline.

Many of you have enhanced your knowledge of project management
in seminars from the ever-popular U of C professor, Dr.
George Jergeas, P.Eng. He’s part of November PD Days
with a seminar on risk and loss management.
We’re bringing back the usually over-subscribed
presenter Katharine Bondy of the Western Leadership Centre.
Ms. Bondy, founder and president of the company, has a
bachelor’s degree in educaiton, the human resources
CHRP designation and over 14 years of experience as a training
manager. She has created and facilitated over 40 programs
on management, leadership, business development and high
performance teams, primarily for technical and entrepreneurial
companies.
Ms. Bondy has been keynote speaker and session facilitator
at conferences of consulting engineers, landscape architects,
accountants and members of the printing and graphics industry.
For our November PD event, she’ll speak on strategic
planning.
With Ms. Bondy’s help, enhance your skills in analyzing
