The branch is going through an exciting period of growth and needs some additional help to get three initiatives off the ground. The branch is proposing to:

1) Set up an email network with members to improve communications.

2) Recruit, train, and recognize mentors to improve the quality of the experience for Members-in-Training.

3) Offer professional development events in the evenings to improve the availability of this type of training for those who do not have the time during the day.
