Executive Director, Property Development Alberta Infrastructure
Diane Dalgleish is recognized within the Alberta Government as a leader
in planning, managing and delivering projects using a public-private partnership
approach. Diane has developed a wealth of knowledge on the benefits of
public private partnerships and is a strong advocate for delivering infrastructure
projects in new and innovative ways.
Ms. Dalgleish is currently leading the Government of Alberta’s team
to implement the Calgary Courts Centre. A design-build-operate approach
is being used to deliver this $300 million project, which will consolidate
the Provincial Court and Court of Queen’s Bench in approximately
one million square feet in downtown Calgary by June 2007.
Diane has received two Premier’s Awards for work under her direct
supervision: a Bronze Premier’s Award for the Alberta Research Council
facility in Calgary Alberta, and a Gold Premier’s Award for the Edmonton
Plan which consolidated and rationalized all leased government space within
Alberta’s Capital.
