General Regulations AR 150/99   1 In this Regulation, (a) "Act" means the Engineering, Geological and Geophysical Professions Act; (b) "confirmatory examination" means an examination required by the Board of Examiners for the purpose of assessing an engineering, geology or geophysics or related degree held by the applicant and not for a purpose related to the correction of perceived academic deficiencies.
