POOL #2: Employment and Career Related Skills
Why use mentoring software?

The software provides a match based on some demographic filters of your choice, competencies and compatibilities.

Given the potential numbers for mentoring pairs indicated by a recent survey, manual matching is not a realistic or efficient choice.

Once matched, the mentor and protégé can use the software to register an action plan and to track progress in specific skill development.

The software is user-friendly - just use the prompts. Within the software you will also find training and scenarios related to mentoring.

The Mentoring Software has some generic components that refer to several kinds of mentoring; however, our program uses just one type based on an action plan for one year between a mentor and a protégé.

Our program is based on a single mentoring pool.
WHAT IS THE COST FOR USE OF THE SOFTWARE?
The cost is a nominal $50 fee to the protégé for the first year.
For subsequent years, the fee drops to $25/year. There is no cost to the mentor.
HOW DO I ACCESS THE SOFTWARE?
You need an authorization number to enter the software.

Complete the registration page with your name, member number and email. Upon completion you will be provided with an authorization code number and instructions. -
