Experience: Senior geotechnical engineer with 25 years of Northern experience, the last 19 of those gained while based in EBA Engineering Consultant Ltd.’s Yellowknife office. He is thoroughly familiar with the practical constraints on foundation and earthworks design and construction in the north. An area of specialization in this regard is geotechnical engineering in permafrost.

Awards: Earth Sciences Sector Team Merit Award, 2007. For “Costing Study of Climate Change Impacts on Northern Housing”, with Anwar Majid, P.Eng., from Earth Sciences Sector, Natural Resources Canada.
